For the purpose of functioning of the Portal, we may also disclose Your details given through the Portal to such individuals associated with TwinHatch. TwinHatch also be at liberty to use the KYC details provided by You for such activity that is linked to the operation of the Portal.

Children under the age of 18 years using the Portal shall use the service(s)/ content and service(s) under the guidance of the parent or guardian and we are not liable for any privacy issues concerning children specifically.
